Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We use 128 bit encryption to handle all customer information to ensure it is not compromised. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Prices

Prices are assumed correct at the time of publication. Pricing is not confirmed until your order is processed. We work diligently to keep our prices updated but some circumstances are out of our control. Errors in pricing may be encountered. Should an item actually be priced higher than our published price when your order is placed, we will contact you and allow you to change or cancel your order before your credit card is charged. If the price is lower we will pass the savings on to you.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are estimated on a per-product basis. If the actual cost of shipping is greater than the amount you were charged you will be contacted to approve the new shipping total

Return / Refund Policy

If a product is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement within 10 days of your receiving the item. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must be pre-authorized by a Specialized Supplies staff member. Any items returned without pre-authorization will be returned to sender. For non-defective products the items must be in the original unopened manufacturer packing and in resalable condition (no stickers, labels, writing, etc). No returns can be accepted after 10 days of your receiving the item unless otherwise authorized by Specialized Supplies staff member. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In most cases, shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Return shipping for non-defective items is at the customers expense. We want to keep our customers happy and will work with you to resolve any issues which may arise.
